Welcome to Book Club!

Just a few reminders:

• You will be posting on the regular blog schedule, just in this space instead of your own blog.  

• Feel free to post about anything you are thinking about while reading.  You may want to extend one of the ideas on a post it from your notes or you can use any strategy we've covered this year: a line that is interesting, character observations and inferences, themes and messages, etc.  This week you can also respond to either of the nonfiction articles we read. 

• Remember that for your next meeting you will need to finish Maus I and have 4-5 post its with inferences based on panels that stood out to you in order to meet standards. 

• Try to use labels and then use labels other people have started in order to organize some of our threads of thinking.
